Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the iglu website and platform. This is a plain-language summary. Schools onboarding onto iglu sign a separate service agreement that governs the commercial relationship.

Founding schools are onboarded on a free pilot with no credit card required and a 48-hour setup. Either party can exit the pilot cleanly, and your data stays yours.

The platform is provided for schools, parents, teachers and administrators to manage safety, attendance, learning and communication. It should not be used to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to access data outside your school's own records.

Developers integrating the Intel-IQ API agree to use it only for legitimate education use cases, consistent with our consent-first data handling described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes affecting schools already onboarded will be communicated directly.
